You can join Younique and officially begin your Y-Journey on Monday, July 1, 2019. The Younique website opens for Younique Presenter registration and product sales at 4 p.m. CEST/7 a.m. PDT.

I live in Belgium. When can I purchase products from Younique Presenters in my market?
You can begin purchasing Younique products on July 1, 2019.

What is required to register as a Younique Presenter in Belgium?
Among other things, you will need to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (must provide place* and date of birth)
  • Have a Belgian address
  • Provide an email address
  • Provide a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, or Google)
  • Provide a passport OR driver’s license and national ID card*
  • Sign up under a Younique Presenter by either using an existing Younique Presenter’s URL link or using the Find a Sponsor section of Younique’s Join page
  • Purchase a YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit (107 € EUR or 215 € EUR)
  • Sign up for a PayQuicker account, which is how you will receive your commission payment

* Please note that PayQuicker requires birthplace and government-issued identification when signing up for an account with them.

Am I required to purchase a YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit to join as a Younique Presenter?
Yes, purchase of the YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit is required to join as a Younique Presenter. The Standard YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit costs 107 € EUR, and the Premium YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit costs 215 € EUR.

I want to join as a Younique Presenter. Who should I choose as my Sponsor?
You should sign up under the Younique Presenter who introduced you to the Younique Opportunity and who has worked with you since that time. You can also search for a Younique Presenter through the Find a Sponsor section of Younique’s Join page.

Can I register as a business entity in Belgium?
Yes.

Will all of Younique’s products be available in Belgium?
Yes, all in-stock products will be available for purchase.

Can Younique Presenters in Belgium sell products outside of Belgium?
Younique Presenters can only sell product in countries in which Younique is doing business. Click here for details.

Where can I find product pricing for Belgium?
All countries that use the euro have the same pricing. You can find these by visiting YouniqueProducts.com and clicking on the market flags for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, or Portugal in the upper-right corner of the website.

A Younique Presenter is offering to buy my YOUNIQUE Presenter Kit or give me free product if I join under her. What should I do?
Under Younique Policies and Procedures, current Younique Presenters are prohibited from financially incentivizing anyone to sign up with Younique as a new Younique Presenter. Please contact compliance@youniqueproducts.com if this happens to you.

Will there be any promotions in conjunction with this market launch?
Absolutely! As with each market launch, we’ll open the Triple Digits Club to the first 999 Younique Presenters in Belgium. We’ll also have promotions for sponsoring, sales, team building, and achieving Green Status and Black Status.

Can I enroll as a Younique Presenter with my VAT number?
Yes, we allow Younique Presenters who are VAT registered to enroll with their VAT number.

If I am enrolled as a Younique Presenter with my VAT number, will Younique charge VAT tax on my purchases?
No, Younique will not charge VAT on your purchases. However, you will be responsible to file and remit your own VAT returns.

What languages will Younique support in Belgium?
We will support French and English in the Belgian market.

What are my VAT obligations as a Younique Presenter operating in Belgium?
Younique does not operate under the Belgian direct selling regime. As a result, if you become an active Younique Presenter, it is your responsibility to obtain a Belgian VAT number and provide it to Younique. We encourage you to consult your own tax, legal, and other business advisors about your VAT obligations before commencing business in Belgium as a Younique Presenter.

Do I need to register with Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (“CBE”)?
All business enterprises in Belgium are required to register with the CBE. This includes individuals working as independent contractors, depending on their level of activity. We encourage you to consult with your tax, legal, and other business advisors about your obligation to register with the CBE and any questions you may have. For more information regarding the CBE generally, please visit their website here. Individuals who register with the CBE will receive a unique business number that should be used in connection with all activities related to their registered business.
