Facturas in Mexico

What is a factura? 
A “factura” is an invoice in Mexico that many Mexico Presenters and customers require in order to provide proof of purchase for a number of reasons. 

Who can request a factura? 
Any individual who purchases products through Younique may request a factura for that purchase. Any person listed on the order may request a factura, but only one factura can be requested per order. 

How do I request a factura?
Please contact Customer Support to request a factura for your purchase. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  1. RFC/Tax ID
  2. Razon Social/Name
  3. Address
  4. Order ID (of any and all Orders you would like included on the invoice)

Once we confirm your request and as long as no additional information is required, you can expect to receive your factura from our Accounting department within 10 business days. 

I would like to receive a factura on a monthly basis for all orders I have placed. How can I do this? 
Please contact Customer Support to make this request. 

Please keep in mind that in order to process your factura, we must receive your request within five (5) days of purchase. 

I need a factura made out to a business name. What should I do?
In order to receive a factura in a business’ name, the order must be placed with the customer as the business’ name. When checking out, please select “Checkout as guest” and input the business’ name as the customer “shipping address” name when prompted.

I live in Spain. How can I receive an invoice?
Currently, we do not have a way to manually request an invoice for our Presenters in Spain, However, Younique will soon provide auto-generated invoices in your Back Office!
