Frequently Asked Questions #

What is changing with PayQuicker?
We’ve added PayQuicker as a payment option when Younique Presenters check out while shopping on YouniqueProducts.com.

What markets are affected by this change?
The U.S. is the latest and last market to be affected by this change. All markets now have this payment option available.

Where can I find the PayQuicker payment option?
PayQuicker will only show as a payment option at checkout, and this option will only show up for Younique Presenters with a PayQuicker account. It will be next to the PayPal icon.

How much must I have in my PayQuicker account to pay for purchases?
You must have enough funds in your PayQuicker account to cover the entire purchase. Your PayQuicker balance will be visible on the PayQuicker button. Partial payments using PayQuicker are not available at this time. The PayQuicker option will not work if your account has insufficient funds.

What transactions are not reflected in my PayQuicker balance?
Your PayQuicker balance reflects a balance of fully processed transactions. This means that pending transactions—such as fees or charges that have not yet been pulled from the available balance—may not be reflected in the current balance shown at checkout.

What happens if I return all or part of my purchase?
Your refund will be processed with the payment returning to your PayQuicker account, same as any other method of payment.

Can I use PayQuicker to purchase Younique products from a market other than my own?
Unfortunately, no. PayQuicker can only be used as a payment method for purchases within your market (e.g., a Younique Presenter in U.S. cannot use it to purchase from the Mexico).

What happens to an order if my PayQuicker account has been suspended?
If you try to check out with a suspended PayQuicker account, the transaction will fail. You will be asked to use another payment method instead. It will appear as though you have funds in your PayQuicker account, but these funds will not be available for use until the suspension is resolved.

Can payment methods be combined to place an order?
No. You cannot use multiple payment methods to place an order. To pay with PayQuicker, you must have a high enough balance to pay for the entire transaction.

Are commissions earned when I use PayQuicker to pay for an order?
Yes! You will still earn commissions when paying with PayQuicker.

I have more questions about my PayQuicker account. How do I contact them?
PayQuicker support can be reached by:

  • Calling 1-866-400-2712 within the United States (8 a.m.–7 p.m. EST Monday–Friday)
  • Emailing support@payquicker.com, and a support representative will respond within one (1) business day
